Caracteristics and Use
All the oils and olives that we produce in Hojiblanca are of our own harvesting, this enables us to guarantee the best quality of our products: soft virgin olive oil, of low acidity and an exquisite taste. Some of the olives are sold in bulk and the other part are packaged in the Villarrubia and the Reina Sofia plant, mainly with the Hojiblanca and Cordoliva brand. With the table olives we mainly work with the hojiblanca variety, we also count with others like manzanilla. We prepare them in different ways: filled, in slices, whole black ones and seedless.
The Hojiblanca Cooperative, as the largest producer in the World, can offer all types of oils (bitter, sweet, spicy, soft.) and from different varieties, mainly picual and hojiblanca. The same happens with table olives. We also have some Extra Virgin Oils under the names of the region they come from.
